HOUSE RULES
A few clear rules keep every stay at The Aurora Subic Hotel calm for everyone. None of this is meant to be fussy. It is here so you know what to expect before you arrive in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. If anything is unclear, the front desk is happy to help.
Check-In and Arrival
The kitchen offers breakfast sets, main courses, and beverages. Continental breakfast is included with the Breakfast Included rate plan, the Long Stays promo (7+ nights), and the current Limited Time Deal for two adults and two kids under 12.
Visitors
Guests may receive visitors in their rooms until 10:00 PM. After that, visitors are asked to head out so the floors stay quiet for everyone resting.
Using the Pool and Facilities
The rooftop infinity pool is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is reserved for in-house guests, with no walk-ins. The fitness center keeps the same hours. Yoga and swimming classes run at the pool on a rotating schedule.
Smoking, Pets, and Durian
The Aurora is a non-smoking hotel indoors, with a PHP 10,000 fine for violations. We do not allow pets, and we ask that you do not bring durian into the rooms, since the scent lingers long after it is gone.
Parties and Noise
Rooms are for resting, not for parties. Please keep noise down in the evenings so your neighbours can sleep.
Firearms
For everyone's safety, firearms are declared and deposited at the front desk on arrival. Our team will store them securely and return them when you leave.
