The Aurora Subic Hotel is an event hall in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, with more than 250 square metres of function space across four rooms in the Central Business District. The rooms host conferences, corporate offsites, weddings, birthdays, and athletic events, with guest rooms and dining in the same building.

 Function Rooms at The Aurora Subic Hotel

Four function rooms plus a meeting room flex from boardroom sessions to seated celebrations, totalling more than 250 square metres of event space. Talk to the events team about layout, screens, sound, and how to combine rooms for a bigger programme.

Artwork Lounge and Pre-Function Area

The Artwork Lounge is a 20.72 square metre pre-function space for registration, welcome drinks, and breakout conversations alongside the larger rooms.

Meeting Room at Cafe Teofila

A 12-seat meeting room sits next to Cafe Teofila for board syncs and small workshops, with catering a few steps away.

Weddings take the larger function rooms, with the rooftop pool and bay as a backdrop for photos. For bigger guest lists, The Aurora Subic Pavilion adds the Garden Terrace for 80 guests, the Aurora Sky Lounge for 120, and The Gallery for 150. Cafe Teofila and the events team will walk you through food and timing so the day runs the way you planned it.

Corporate Events Subic

For corporate groups, the location does a lot of the work. You are in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone Central Business District, with guest rooms upstairs and the SBMA business district close by. Corporate packages include an event coordinator, Wi-Fi, a basic sound system, and standard setup. Book a block of rooms for your team and keep the meeting, the meals, and the beds under one roof.

Birthday Celebration Venue Subic Bay

Birthdays and anniversaries fit the function rooms for an intimate dinner or the Pavilion venues for a larger party. The events team arranges setup and a menu from Cafe Teofila, and the rooftop pool and bay views give the day a setting worth photographing. Book a room block so guests can stay over and make a weekend of it.

Athletic Event Support

The Aurora supports teams in town for Ironman Subic Bay, the Subic Sprint Triathlon, the Subic Triathlon, or a Subic fun run. Athletes use the fitness center from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, the rooftop pool for recovery swims, and Cafe Teofila for pre-race meals. The hotel sits on the bike leg of Ironman Subic Bay, which cuts shuttle time to transition on race morning. Athletic Event Support packages for teams travelling together are available through sales@aurorasubic.com.

The reception staff, the front desk, and the doorman are all superb. I will surely love to go back again. The swimming pool is also amazing  and everything is clean overall. The only suggestion is that for breakfast, I hope there will be more menu options next time.
